State Tetris (statetris)

Someone on the EDGIS (GIS in Education) listserv posted about this cool Geography Tetris game. I used to love to play Tetris on the Nintendo game system. This is pretty cool. Check out Statetris. Its fun and you will find out how well you know your United States Geography.

Joost (part II)

So far I have checked it out a couple of times but I haven't really found anything that I'm very interested in. A couple of Canadian Park guys that were pretty funny and some other Environment-related content. It doesn't run very well on my laptop so that may be a part of why I'm not enjoying it so much. I just don't see much that I'm interested in.

Make your own gadget - Google

Make your own gadget with google's (igoogle's ?) customizable gadgets. You don't have a whole lot of creative room but some of these look like fun. I'll try a couple and see which ones I find useful. The Free Form, the personal list, and the Daily Me all look potentially cool.
